You Are Enough: Self Compassion and Presence

November 3 – 5, 2023

Loyola Retreat House, Clinton, OH

We are living in a time where there is an urgent need for self compassion. Remembering and connecting with our own basic goodness is vital for creating a healthy and sustainable future. Making sense of the past and creating a better future can only happen in the present moment. Our work to create loving presence in the world begins with us, in this moment. This retreat will offer guided and silent sitting and movement meditations, as well as relaxing soundbath and music offerings, all designed to empower you with accessible self-compassion practices so that you can live joyfully in the present moment. Come as you are. You are enough.

Ofosu Jones-Quartey is a meditation teacher and musician from the Washington DC area. He has been teaching mindfulness and meditation since 2004.
