Book Group

Join us via Zoom at 5:30 p.m. on the second Wednesday of every month.

Our book group offers participants an opportunity to engage with Buddhist teachings and practices through the lens of the selected book. No commitment required! Come as often as it suits you. Everyone is welcome whether they have read the particular text or not. You will benefit from the rich discussion.

Beginning August 2026, we will be discussing Emptiness: A Practical Guide for Meditators by Guy Armstrong.

See our calendar for the Zoom link. Contact Laurie Rodney for more information.
