Are you a morning person? Are you looking for help in establishing a regular meditation practice? Join others via Zoom for a daily (M-F) meditation. The session begins at 6:45 am. and runs for 45 minutes. You can show up late, and when you join, you will be automatically muted so you won’t disturb others. And obviously you can leave whenever you wish.
